How to Sign-up for the Tool

We are thrilled you are interested in implementing the Wellbeing in the Workplace tool in your organisation.  There are two ways your organisation can register and use the tool in your workplace. Please see details on both options below.

1. Registering for free

Wellbeing in the Workplace is free for your employees to access at samaritans.org/wellbeingintheworkplace

Please note each individual employee will need to register and create an account to access the tool individually.  Consider any barriers to online access such as firewalls, etc.

2. Customize and embed the tool in your organisation

There’s also the option for companies to purchase the tool for a one-off fee of £10k. This gives you complete ownership of the tool, allowing you to rebrand, customise and embed the tool into your own system (removing the need for employees to register individually)

Email the team at [email protected] to learn more about Wellbeing in the Workplace’s pricing, accessibility and hosting options.

How to get buy-in

If you are interested in bringing the Wellbeing in the Workplace tool to your organisation, but unsure how to get started, try the below tips to get buy-in from your senior leadership team.

  • Step 1
    Brief your senior team.

You’re more likely to make a meaningful difference if your senior leadership team’s on board. Share the Wellbeing in the Workplace Brochure with them to demonstrate the benefits of the too
  • Step 2
    Share widely.

Once your senior team is on-board, share the brochure with HR, Learning and Development and your Mental Health Network (if you have one).
  • Step 3
    Develop a plan.

It will be important to integrate the training with other wellbeing initiatives in your organisation. Develop a plan to promote the tool to employees and encourage participation. (See our top tips for internal communications and getting the most out of the tool in your workplace in our guide here).
  • Step 4
    Measure the impact

This is an important step in continuing to advocate for employee participation. Track the number of employees completing the training, and have discussions about it’s impact.
