Support in Yorkshire

Right now, it’s more vital than ever for businesses to look after the mental health of their teams.
We all know that our people are the key to every successful business and the Coronavirus pandemic has already caused a serious decline in our region’s mental health.

This is Me is already well established in London and other regions, and I was delighted to be approached by This is Me London, to launch in Yorkshire, after sharing my own experiences so publicly.

Because of the current situation, we have decided to hold our launch virtually to make it as inclusive and accessible as possible to everyone in Yorkshire.

This is Me Yorkshire brings the campaign directly to our region, expanding on the work already being done elsewhere. It gives a voice to Yorkshire-based businesses and individuals who want to share their story and open conversations about workplace mental health.
