Support in Scotland

Launched in October 2018, members of the This Is Me Scotland Steering Group work closely with our charity partners Samaritans and SAMH, making use of links to Scottish Government work on mental health in the workplace to support organisations of all sizes and sectors in Scotland.  Our ambition is to provide peer support to organisations of all sizes to encourage their employees to talk openly about their own mental health and wellbeing and help end the stigma around mental health in the workplace. 

• Our vision - is every employee in Scotland will have mental health training and is empowered to share their experience and end the stigma around mental health.
